Accepted Payment Methods

Ottawa Clothing Atelier accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

Currency

All prices in our store are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your payment will be charged in CAD. If your payment card or account is issued in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and additional fees, over which we have no control.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a leading global payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its security standards and privacy policy.

Payment Security

All transactions are secure and encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant, which is the highest security standard in the payment card industry.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and your payment has been successfully processed. If we are unable to process your payment, your order will not be fulfilled.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please verify that your card details, billing address, and other information are entered correctly, or contact your bank or card issuer. You may also try an alternative payment method. If problems persist, contact us at info.ottawaclothingatelier@gmail.com.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, orders may be subject to verification and fraud screening. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized. If your order is cancelled for this reason, any charged amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Taxes

Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
