Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Canada — no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume (such as sales or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes to the shipping address once an order has been processed. Ottawa Clothing Atelier is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info.ottawaclothingatelier@gmail.com within 14 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info.ottawaclothingatelier@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will make it right.
